Franciacorta DOCG Brut Satèn Cavalleri

Franciacorta Brut Satèn is born in vineyards located in Erbusco, in the heart of the magical terroir of Franciacorta.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected by hand during the last week of August. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After the second fermentation that takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, this sparkling wine ages on its lees for at least 48 months before being placed on the market.

This Brut Satèn is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet, with hints of yellow fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of bread crust. On the palate it is pleasantly rich and intense, with a fresh and creamy body.

Perfect to accompany all meals of the day, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, shellfish, appetizers, first courses, dry desserts and pastries.
