Description

The Franciacorta Riserva Dosaggio Zero QZero by Quadra is located in the S. Eusebio, Bociarine and Marzaghette vineyards, in the province of Brescia, in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.

It derives mainly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, manually harvested in boxes in the first half of August. The vinification takes place between steel and barriques, with ageing in the same containers until bottling. The wine then begins the second fermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with ageing for at least 60 months on its lees.

Bubbly with a straw colour and a fine and persistent perlage, QZero di Quadra releases hints of white and mineral flowers on the nose, punctuated by persuasive notes of bread crust. The entry into the mouth is creamy and fresh, very clean in the finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with any meal, especially with fish and shellfish.
