Description

The Dosage Zero Riserva Francesco Iacono represents the Cru of Tenuta Villa Crespia, in the prestigious area of Franciacorta.

It is mainly obtained from Pinot Noir grapes, coming from the Fornaci grape variety, which insists on soils of colluvial origin. After a fermentation in steel and wood at controlled temperatures, the wine ages for 6 months in steel and for 6-12 in oak. The process of refermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees lasts at least 70 months.

The Dosage Zero Riserva Francesco Iacono is characterized by a golden yellow color and an elegant perlage. The nose comes very sweet and delicate, with aromas of fresh fruit and floral notes of intimate finesse. Refreshes the mouth thanks to a good acidity and a good aromatic persistence.

It goes perfectly with shellfish and raw fish. Excellent for the aperitif moment.
