Description

The Franciacorta Spumante Pas Operé by Bellavista originates from vineyards located in the heart of the Franciacorta denomination. It is made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully hand-picked and selected.

The process is inspired by the oldest tradition, with the must fermentation taking place in oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine ages for 6 years, thus developing its perfect harmony.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with golden highlights. The nose opens with an enveloping elegance, with hints of honey, multiflower, and apple, enriched by pleasant notes of chamomile and vanilla. On the palate, it is full and dry, with a long finish and a pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and main courses, it is ideal paired with fish-based dishes. Excellent also as an aperitif.
