Description

The Franciacorta Spumante Satèn Essence , through its exceptional refinement, perfectly represents the style of Antica Fratta.

It is produced exclusively from the best vintage Chardonnay grapes, from different crus and harvested between late August and early September, when they reach their perfect degree of ripeness. The wine ages on the lees for at least 30 months and, after disgorgement, it rests for another 5-6 months in the bottle.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with an intense and harmonious bouquet, with elegant hints of citrus and pleasant aromas of tropical fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly enveloping, with an elegant structure. The wine has a persistent finish with a delicate aftertaste of hazelnuts.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and white meats.
