An intuition born in 2007, the Cuvée Prestige is renewed with the Edition 42 with a blend of the best grapes from 139 vineyards: Chardonnay (83%), Pinot nero (12%) and Pinot bianco (5%). The three varieties are not enough to complete the 'magic rite' of the creation of the Cuvée, but a wise work of selection, vinification, aging and assembly with reserve wines (at least 20-30%) is involved to integrate 2017 with low yields but of quality memorable. A key role is played by the careful manual selection of the grapes and the wait for at least 25 months of aging on the lees to ensure longevity, freshness and an indubitable touch in the style of Ca'del Bosco.

The Cuvée Prestige is characterized by a straw yellow color, with a noble nose and finished with white flowers, pulp fruits, custard and delicate notes of almond. Same elegance on the palate, enriched by freshness and fruit notes.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with dishes based on fish, raw fish and fresh cheeses.
