Description

Friuli Colli Orientali Friulano di Volpe Pasini was born in vineyards located in the heart of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali.

It is produced exclusively with Friulano grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine remains for a period in the bottle where it refines its organoleptic peculiarities.

Friulano di Volpe Pasini is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas that over time become more complex and loaded. On the palate it is full, structured and balanced, with a pleasant hint of bitter almond.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and salami, in particular with raw ham.
