Description

Malvasia di Jacopo is a very fragrant white wine that originates from the vineyards located in the municipality of San Giovanni al Natisone, in the province of Udine.

It consists of 100% Malvasia grapes that, from the mineral soils of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, draw a precious and vivid flavor.
Fermentation, as well as aging, take place in barriques.

At sight it shows a beautiful straw yellow color. Its aroma is intense and engaging, with its notes of white peach, apricot, ripe fruit and white flowers, invariably finished with a mineral stamp of sure charm. In the mouth it only confirms the elegant, savory and fresh trait, managed with balance.

To be combined with a trout in a crust of aromatic herbs.
