Description
The Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Nero of the Le Due Terre winery is born in vineyards located on top of a hill, on the road that connects Dolegna del Collio to the Prepotto, on the border with Slovenia.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in wood, without any addition of sulfur dioxide. Subsequently the wine ages for 22 months in barriques before being bottled.
Pinot Noir from Le Due Terre winery has a ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of small red fruits and strawberries, enriched with notes of sweet spices and black pepper. In the mouth it proves juicy and fresh, with balanced tannins and a fine flavor.
Perfect to accompany meat sauces and red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts and stewed meats.
