Description

This Aromatic Traminer is one of Friuli's symbolic quality labels, expressed in the terraced vineyards located on the flanks of the suitable Collio hills, the “ronchi”, immersed in a wooded landscape with a strong prevalence of ash trees. Hence the name of the estate: Ronco del Frassino. The colorful and allegorical watercolors on the label tell the light moments of daily and family life.

Following the destemming and pressing operations, the must rests for a short period at a low temperature. Fermentation and aging in steel containers follows.

It shows a deep straw yellow color. On the nose, hints of dried rose and white flowers are clearly distinguished, supported by elegant citrus notes. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with good body.

Perfect to serve with shellfish or seafood dishes, it is excellent with pumpkin-based soups.
