Description

The Isonzo Chardonnay of Cormòns comes to life from the vineyards along the banks of the Isonzo river in the province of Gorizia.

It is obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand and softly pressed. The resulting must is sent for fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

It has a bright golden yellow color. The nose releases an intense aroma of vanilla and apple, enriched with notes of fresh bread. In the mouth it is enveloping and well structured, with hints of acacia honey and white peach.

Excellent with fried fish and delicate risotto, it is perfect to serve as an aperitif.
