Garda Classico DOC Groppello 2019 Avanzi

The Garda Classico Groppello Pedrelli di Avanzi was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Polpenazze and Manerba del Garda, in the province of Brescia.

It is obtained almost exclusively from Groppello grapes, with small additions of Barbera, Sangiovese, and Marzemino grapes, harvested and selected only by hand at the end of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 6 months.

The Garda Classico Groppello of Avanzi has a pale ruby red color. The nose opens with the characteristic vinous hints of the Groppello grape variety, enriched with pleasant floral aromas. On the palate it is sapid and dry, with a persistent and slightly bitter finish.

This red wine is perfect to accompany all red meat dishes.
