Description
The Pinot Grigio Centofilari is a refined white wine, produced in the Garda wine region by the Gerardo Cesari winery. This wine is made exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, grown on loamy soils with a good skeleton and limestone content.
The harvest takes place at the end of August. The winemaking process follows the classic white method, with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees for a period of 2 months. This maturation process in steel lasts a total of 6 months, allowing the wine to maintain a lively freshness.
The aromatic bouquet of Pinot Grigio Centofilari is characterized by intense aromas of white fruits, such as apple and pear, accompanied by delicate notes of banana. On the palate, the wine offers a perfect balance between acidity and savoriness, supported by a good body and a balanced structure.
This white wine pairs wonderfully with fish and seafood dishes, as well as appetizers.
