Description
The Italian Gin Agapimù is a delicate and mineral gin produced in Padua, Veneto. Its name derives from Greek and means "my love".
Agapimù is a spirit obtained by infusing juniper on a grain alcohol base and then distilling. Dried botanicals are left to infuse for 12/24 hours in wheat alcohol, in order to avoid rehydration and obtain a product of the highest quality. The distillation process of the wheat alcohol with the infusion of various botanicals is carried out individually. Finally, the secret recipe includes the addition of various distillates obtained by infusion.
Transparent in color, the nose reveals balsamic, floral and fruity aromas: juniper, mountain pine, apple, iris, elderflower and green tea. The palate is complex, with a spicy finish.
It can be enjoyed neat or used to make cocktails.
