Gin Anaë Anae

The artisanal Gin Anaë originates in France and was created by Pauline Raffaitin in collaboration with Maison Bollinger. It is distilled in Charente, in Jarnac.

It is crafted through traditional distillation in a Stupfler still. The alcohol used is derived from grapes. The botanicals are macerated for 48 hours and then reduced for 1-2 months. The botanicals used are of French origin: juniper berries, Maceron berries (marsh pepper), lemon thyme, lemon verbena, chamomile, cornflower, coriander seeds, fenugreek.

On the nose, it offers complex aromas of citrus and pear, followed by spicy, licorice, and minty notes. The palate is silky and complex.
