Description

Silvio Carta's Sardinian Gin Giniu takes its name from the Sardinian word for juniper, "giniperu".

For the production of this gin, the galbuli of the juniper plant, rich in essential oils, are also distilled.

Transparent and clear in the glass, the nose recalls the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, aromatic herbs as well as vegetal and resin sensations. The sip is savory, soft and delicate.

Ideal in the preparation of cocktails.
