Description

Venturini Baldini 's Apple Drop is made from white grape must, wine vinegar and Fuji apple juice. This dressing is subjected to an aging period in oak barrels.

It appears at the sight of light amber color. The nose evokes characteristic hints of apple. The taste is particularly sweet and dense, with a good structure.

Ideal for preparing salads, fish and white meats, it is excellent with cheeses and boiled vegetables.
