Description

Rum Grande Réserve Barbados of Plantation is a blend of rum from the Caribbean island of Barbados distilled in column still and pot still. After an initial phase of aging carried out in barrels that previously contained bourbons, lasting about 24 months, this rum is sent to the Château de Bonbonnet, in France, where it completes its refinement, remaining for about 12 months in small barrels of oak.

Plantation's Rum Grande Réserve Barbados has a beautiful golden amber color. The nose has a complex and well balanced bouquet, with notes of ripe tropical fruit and vanilla, which leave room for delicate hints of white peach and coconut. In the mouth it is warm and complex, with great elegance.

Excellent as a meditation rum, it is indicated in the company of a good cigar.
