Description
.G is a Grignolino which originates in the Monferrato Casalese and which is very representative of the area and variety.
The vineyards and grapes are processed by combining tradition and modern techniques, following biological and biodynamic methods. In order to preserve the characteristics of the fruit intact, the wine carries out its steel process and bottle aging.
Ruby red, at sight. It is defined by a fruity and floral character, enlivened by a peppery varietal note. On the palate, freshness and tannin intertwine in a set of hardness that makes it dry and very fine to drink.
Perfect to accompany a cold cuts platter, it goes very well with local cheeses.
