Description

The Camposegreto of the Conte Guicciardini company is made with Viogner grapes and takes its name from the vineyard of the Castello di Poppiano from which it is produced.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo cryomaceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. This is followed by maturation in vats and bottle aging for at least 1 month.

In the glass it is straw yellow with greenish reflections while it reveals peach and apricot, hawthorn and acacia hints to the nose. On the palate it is soft and mineral, with a beautiful structure and elegant body recalling yellow-fleshed fruits and a long and pleasant finish.

Wine to combine with white meats accompanied by herbal sauces, it is suitable for veal with tuna sauce and cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
