Description
Pietra Brox was born in the vineyards of the Giardini Arimei company, located in the splendid setting of the island of Ischia.
It is produced with Biancolella, Forastera and Fiano grapes, harvested by hand in September. The must is left to ferment in ancient tuff mills restored and made suitable for cutting-edge winemaking. The wine is then left to rise in oak barrels for at least four months, before being bottled and finishing the aging in glass.
The Pietra Brox of Giardini Arimei has a straw yellow color. The nose reveals an excellent complexity, with fruity notes that intertwine with spicy and floral ones, followed by delicate sensations of honey and citrus. In the mouth it shows a good sapidity and minerality, mirror of the territory, and a magnificent freshness that accompany towards a persistent finish.
Excellent to accompany the aperitif moment, it also goes well with fish dishes and appetizers.
