Description

The Isonzo Del Friuli Sauvignon Sottomonte from Ronco del Gelso comes from vineyards located in Cormòns, in the heart of Friuli.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, whose must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for about 12 months.

Sauvignon Sottomonte is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense vegetal hints of tomato and sage leaves, enriched with pleasant notes of melon. On the palate it is pleasantly balanced, fresh, intense and aromatic.

Perfect to accompany shellfish, seafood and fish-based second courses, it is ideal in combination with roasts with aromatic herbs.
