Isonzo del Friuli DOC Sauvignon 2015 Colmello di Grotta

This Sauvignon Blanc was born in the vineyards of the Colmello di Grotta farm, a very interesting reality located in Farra d'Isonzo, in the province of Gorizia, in the DOC Isonzo.

Obtained from pure Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested manually in the second ten days of September, this wine is left to ferment in steel for about 10 days at constantly controlled temperatures. Refine in the same containers for a short time, before being bottled.

The Collio Sauvignon Blanc of Colmello di Grotta shows a straw yellow color. The nose offers an intense varietal aroma, with pepper and tomato leaf that are the masters, and flavors of peach and tropical fruit at the end. In the mouth it is dry and fresh, with a good permanence and excellent aromaticity.

To be consumed in the first years of life, this Sauvignon Blanc goes very well with appetizers and light first courses. Excellent with recipes based on vegetables, soups and soups.
