Jumilla DOP Lunático Monastrell 2013 Casa de la Ermita
Description
The Lunatico di Casa de la Ermita was born in the vineyards of the Spanish company, located in the heart of the famous denomination Jumilla.
Produced entirely from Monastrell grapes, harvested and selected by hand, this wine, after the red vinification processes, ages for at least twelve months in French oak barriques. Bottling and aging in glass follows.
The Lunatico of Casa de la Ermita is characterized by a garnet red color. The nose offers a good olfactory complexity, where notes of black fruit emerge along with spicy notes and small balsamic hints. In the mouth it is mineral and elegant, with a good freshness that solidifies the structural harmony.
This red goes well with grilled red meats and stewed meats. It can also accompany white meats.
