Description
Rainer Wess' Kremstal Riesling Krems was born in vineyards located in the Kremstal area, west of Vienna, in Lower Austria.
It is produced entirely with Riesling grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in steel tanks, before being bottled.
It has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with fresh aromas of ripe apple, plum sauce and cherry tart. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with hints of mango and red grapefruit.
Perfect to accompany shellfish and fish dishes, this white wine is ideal in combination with hard cheeses and cold cuts.
