The winemaking involves selecting the most fruity parcels with grapes harvested at an early stage of ripeness to express maximum freshness. The dealcoholization process, conducted at low temperatures, preserves the aromatic identity of the grape variety, ensuring a balanced product ready for tasting in a short time.

Its pale pink color is enriched by persistent effervescence, making it ideal for moments of celebration or relaxation. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of grapefruit, lime, currant, and raspberry.
