Description

Paltrinieri's Lambrusco di Sorbara Secco Radici comes from vineyards located in the magical terroir of Sorbara, in the province of Modena. Paltrinieri has been a family-run farm for three generations, known for the production of Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC.

It is produced exclusively with Sorbara grapes. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a soft pressing and pressing. Subsequently the wine vinifies according to the Charmat method.

It is characterized by a light ruby red color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with aromas of violet, enriched with pleasant hints of berries. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly dry, with a full and sapid body.

Perfect to accompany the typical dishes of the Emilian cuisine, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, frying and pizza.
