Description

The da Bertü di Albino Rocca originates from the vineyards located on the Langhe hills of the municipalities of Neive and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, in the province of Alba, which are between 8 and 20 years old.

Made up of only Chardonnay grapes, it is the result of a traditional vinification that takes place in stainless steel containers, both as regards the fermentation phase and the aging phase.

Straw yellow in color, it is characterized by fresh floral and citrus aromas. In the mouth it is pleasantly sapid and balanced.

Ideal with seafood, it is excellent in the company of a grilled fish.
