Description
Tellus Oro was born in the vineyards of the Falesco company in Montefiascone, in the heart of Lazio.
It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes, harvested entirely by hand in the first half of September. The two grapes are vinified separately: first the Chardonnay grapes, then the Pinot Blanc ones. Both are macerated for about 7 hours at 10 ° C, before being transferred to stainless steel tanks. Follows the assembly and bottling.
Tellus Oro Falesco strikes the eye with an intense yellow color. Hints of cedar mingle with sensations of apple cheering the nose. In the mouth it offers fullness accompanied by fresh and persistent sensations.
Ideal for an aperitif or appetizer, it also goes perfectly with fish dishes.
