Description
Château Ducluzeau is a wine that comes from Listrac-Médoc vineyards, distributed in three different plots in terms of soil but mainly located on the main plateau of Listrac, composed largely of gravelly, clayey and limestone soils. The climate is influenced by the Atlantic Ocean with brackish winds that add a pleasant iodized touch to the aroma of the wine.
Manual harvest from 1st to 11th October. Fermentation takes place traditionally in steel, after which the wine matures for 12 months in 20% new French oak barrels.
It shines in the glass of a beautiful purple color with ruby reflections. The scent is elegant, with aromas of cherry, licorice and earthy notes. In the mouth it is soft, seductive and delicate.
Perfect in combination with red meats and game, it is suitable to accompany Asian dishes.
