Description
The Petit Arvine from the Lo Triolet winery is made with 100% Petit Arvine grapes.
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and left to macerate for a short period. Pressing follows to extract the must which will be fermented in steel. A further 8 months of ageing in steel allow the wine to be enriched in olfactory terms thanks to the stop in contact with the fine lees.
Straw yellow in colour, it has intense notes of white flowers for a persistent and overall floral olfactory profile. On the palate it is dry, with a good freshness and flavour with some iodized and herbaceous return.
Perfect wine for veal rollè and white meats, it also goes well with soft cheeses and vegetarian first courses.
