Description

The Lugana Argillaia di Fabiano is produced from a careful selection of Trebbiano di Lugana grapes from the best owned vineyards. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17-18 ° C.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose has delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit, including apple and pear. On the palate it is agile and balanced, good to drink.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is recommended in combination with crustaceans, molluscs and all fish dishes in general.
