Description
The Lugana Pievecroce di Costaripa was born in the vineyards located on the southern slope of Lake Garda, south of Sirmione.
It is produced exclusively with Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. The vinification traditionally takes place in white, and subsequently a part of the musts ferments in oak barrels at a controlled temperature.
The Pievecroce is characterized by a straw yellow, with light greenish reflections tending to yellow, the wine has a slightly golden color with aging. The nose has an elegant bouquet, large and of good intensity, with delicate hints of apple and ripe pear. On the palate it has an excellent structure, pleasantly crisp, with a good flavor, freshness and persistence.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and white meats.
