Description
This organic Rosé by Lanciani is a certified organic wine produced in the Marche region, in the territory of Montefiore dell’Aso at 350 meters above sea level, on clay soils trained with the Guyot system. Obtained from a balanced blend of Sangiovese and Alicante, it offers a fresh and authentic expression of this Adriatic-facing corner, able to combine local character with enjoyable drinkability.
The winemaking process involves fermenting the grapes in vitrified cement tanks, a material that allows natural micro-oxygenation while preserving the aromatic purity of the fruit. The wine matures in the same containers for about six months, acquiring balance and finesse without altering its varietal character.
It reveals a bright, luminous pink color. On the nose, it exudes freshness and exuberance, with notes of small red fruits such as raspberry. On the palate, it is supported by lively acidity and pronounced savoriness, typical of vineyards close to the sea, lending vibrancy and a pleasantly persistent finish.
It pairs perfectly with seafood salads, fish carpaccio, cold pasta, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
