Description

Litorale Rosato Val delle Rose di Cecchi is a Maremma Toscana Rosato produced in Poggio la Mozza, in the Grosseto area. It is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown at about 150 meters above sea level, on sandstone soils rich in weathered rock.

Winemaking is geared towards preserving the freshness and aromatic profile of Sangiovese, showcasing its most delicate and fragrant expression in a rosé guise. The wine completes its maturation on the lees and subsequently in bottle, gaining balance, suppleness and harmony.

In the glass it shows a bright pale pink hue, accompanied by a fresh, floral bouquet with hints of small red fruits. On the palate it is lithe and harmonious, supported by a pleasant freshness and a delicate saline note that lends energy and persistence to the finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs elegantly with appetizers, fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, salads and light Mediterranean fare.
