Regional Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2014 Nobilo

Nobilo's Regional Collection Sauvignon Blanc was born in the splendid vineyards of the New Zealand company, located in Marlborough.

The wine is entirely produced with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested at night to keep the aromas alive and fresh, thanks to the low temperatures. Vinification also takes place at low temperatures, with the aim of feeding the organoleptic properties of the wine.

The Regional Collection Sauvignon Blanc has a bright straw yellow color. The nose is striking for the fresh aromas of tropical fruit and passion fruit, with very delicate herbaceous sensations. On the palate there is an excellent acidity, with tropical fruit returning in a generous finish.

It goes perfectly with white and antipasti meats, excellent with a good sushi or as an aperitif.
