Description

Sauvignon Dusky Sounds originates from carefully selected vineyards in the Marlborough region of New Zealand on soils composed of a combination of stony, clayey and limestone soil.

It is obtained from a selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The must ferments only in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature in order to preserve its best characteristics of aroma and freshness.

Pale straw yellow color, alternating fresh hints of guava and grapefruit on the nose. In the mouth it is lively and crisp, with great balance.

Excellent with spicy preparations of Asian cuisine, it goes well with summer dishes such as pasta salads or seafood.
