Marmilla IGT Mediterraneo 2016 Su'entu
Description
The Mediterranean of Su'entu was born in the clayey vineyards of the Sardinian winery, located in the central-southern area of the island, in Marmilla.
It is made only with native Sardinian grapes: Monica, Cagnulari and Bovale, harvested between mid-September and early October. After the fermentation and maceration processes, the wine is left to rest and stabilize in second passage barriques for about 10 months. Refinement in glass follows.
It has a lively ruby red color. With its inebriating perfumes it brings to the nose notes of Mediterranean scrub, myrtle and very fresh balsamic aromas, perfect reflections of Sardinia. In the mouth it is satisfying, with great freshness and remarkable flavor.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, with cold cuts, cold cuts and fresh cheeses, it finds its optimal pairing in stewed cordula with olives.
