Description

The Bacán Clásico of the La Giostra del Vino company is born in vineyards located in Luyán de Cuyo, in the Argentine province of Mendoza.

It is made entirely from Malbec grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature, for 21 days. Subsequently the wine ages partly in steel and partly in used oak barrels, before being bottled.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with hints of ripe red fruit, enriched with spicy notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and balanced.

Ideal in combination with grilled red meat and game.
