Mendoza Malbec Stone Soil Select 2012 Bodega Manos Negras
Description
Malbec Stone Soil Select by Manos Negras is born in vineyards located in the magical Uco Valley, in the heart of the Argentine region of Mendoza, known for the production of wines of great value.
It is produced exclusively with Malbec grapes, harvested and selected by hand during the month of April. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for about 18 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 12 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of blackberry and raspberry, enriched with pleasant mineral notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, with soft tannins and an intense persistence.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts and aged cheeses.
