Meridiano 0 Birrificio del Forte

Zero is the reference meridian, which passes from Greenwich, on the hills overlooking London. Hence the name Meridiano 0 that the Birrificio del Forte uses for its original Premium Bitter.

This beer has an amber color with copper highlights. The nose releases the fruity notes typical of English yeasts. In the mouth it proves complex and fascinating, with the flavor of dried fruit that is mixed with caramelized notes and hints of toffee, all perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the persistent hop at the mouth.

It is excellent with fresh and sliced cheeses, to be sure to try also in combination with risotto and grilled vegetables.
