Vinification involves a brief maceration at low temperature to gently extract the color and the grapes’ primary aromas, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the fragrant fruity bouquet. Maturation takes place in stainless steel to enhance its freshness and expressive clarity.

To the eye, it displays a vivid, bright pink color. On the nose, it opens with a fruity bouquet dominated by notes of blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and pleasantly fruity, with hints of plum and blackcurrant leading to a soft and harmonious finish.
