Nuits Saint-Georges AOC Les Chaliots 2013 Michel Gros

Michel Gros' Nuits Saint-Georges Les Chaliots was born in vineyards located in the Auits of Nuits Saint-Georges.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages in French oak barrels, partly new, before being bottled.

Les Chaliots by Michel Gros has an intense garnet red color. The nose opens with intense sensations of black fruits, enriched with notes of violet, licorice and eucalyptus. On the palate it is medium-bodied and round, with ripe tannins and a fine and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany red and white meats, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses.
