Description
The Modena Lambrusco Ancestrale of Francesco Bellei was born in the locality of Cristo di Sorbara, in the municipality of Bomporto, the terroir of the Lambrusco di Sorbara.
It is produced exclusively with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, grown on the farm. Thanks to the research and experience of the cellar in the production of the Classic Method, this wine represents the reinterpretation of the method of refermentation of bottled wines.
Ancestral Lambrusco is characterized by a veiled red color. The nose opens with an intense aromatic bouquet, with elegant aromas of violets and berries. On the palate it is discreet and creamy, with a dry but full flavor.
Perfect to accompany first courses and meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with roasts.
