Description

Villa Giada's Moscato d’Asti “Surì” is an aromatic white wine made from Moscato Bianco grapes grown on clay soils, known as “terra bianca,” which are particularly suited to enhancing varietal characteristics. The vineyards are managed according to certified integrated pest management principles, and the manual grape harvest ensures maximum fruit quality and integrity.

The winemaking process involves very gentle pressing to preserve the typical aromas of the grape variety. Fermentation is brief and stopped early, resulting in a wine with moderate alcohol content and a pleasant natural liveliness, which enhances its freshness and fragrance.

In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden yellow color. On the nose, it offers an aromatic, fresh, and delicate bouquet, with hints of sage and citrus. On the palate, it is intense and persistent, supported by good acidity that brings balance and a pleasant refreshing sensation.

It pairs perfectly with desserts, fresh fruit, and pastries and is also ideal as an aperitif.
