Description

Moscato d'Asti Vigna Vecchia di Ca 'D'Gal was born on the rolling hills of Valdivilla, in the province of Cuneo.

It is produced exclusively with Moscato grapes. After a soft pressing, which gives the wine aromaticity to the wine, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks. The Ca'D Gal aims to create a Moscato, which is able to compete with the best Sauternes, for this reason the winery constantly tries to define which is the best grape variety and the best vineyard to produce this fabulous sweet wine .

It is characterized by a light straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant citrus scents, enriched with pleasant hints of orange blossom. On the palate it is fresh, pleasantly soft and aromatic.

Perfect to accompany dry sweets and pastries.
