Moscato di Sardegna DOC Passito Nùali 2021 Siddùra

Nùali is the latest addition to the Siddura family. The Luogosanto winery has bottled a sweet wine made from 100% Moscato grapes, in their Sardinian version.

It comes from vines planted on sandy and calcareous soils. Following a drying on the plant, the grapes are harvested, vinified in steel and destined for a very long ageing in bottle. It is a complex and articulated dessert wine, award-winning for its qualities of quality.

At sight it is amber yellow, very bright and luminous. The bouquet opens on fruity tones of peach and apricot in syrup, honey, dried fruit and a territorial background of aromatic herbs; the result of long ageing, a balsamic trail revives and gives balance. In the mouth it is persuasive, soft, enveloping but always perfectly balanced by freshness and an elegant savoury vein. It closes in a variegated memory of aromas

Perfect for meditation, it is ideal to combine with long-aged Sardinian cheeses.
