Maximin Grūnhaus's Riesling Maximin is the basis for the production of some of the most representative Rieslings of Moselle.

Raised on slate soils, the best grapes are selected and pressed to perform the fermentation at a controlled temperature. A short maturation period follows.

Bright straw yellow in color, the wine has an intense bouquet on the nose dominated by hints of white peach and tropical fruits, lemon and green apple. Direct wine, it strikes for the right balance between acidity and residual sugar, preserving on the palate the taste of apple, exotic fruit and a lasting freshness.

Ideal for an aperitif or for a grill, it can accompany fresh cheeses, cold pasta or white meats.
