Description
Produced from vineyards with an average age of 40 years located in the north of the Bardenas Reales, the largest desert in Europe, the Naturaleza Salvaje Clarete is born from a blend of Garnacha and Garnacha Blanca. The clay-limestone soils, poor and arid, together with the strong temperature fluctuation between day and night, allow for the production of concentrated, balanced, and naturally expressive grapes.
The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation for 12 days with temperature control to optimize aromatic and polyphenolic extraction. The maceration on the skins lasts for 12 days, maintaining moisture, and the aging takes place for 6 months in terracotta amphorae, without the use of fertilizers or invasive treatments.
The wine presents a bright and delicate shade, accompanied by fragrant aromas of red fruits and wildflowers. On the palate, it is agile, fresh, and well-balanced, with a lively aromatic profile and a harmonious texture that perfectly reflects its region of origin.
Ideal with vegetarian dishes, light tapas, and fish-based preparations.
