Description

This Nebbiolo d'Alba from the Boschi dei Signori line by Bosio is born in the hilly areas of Piedmont, a territory suited for the cultivation of this noble grape variety. Thanks to the unique characteristics of the terroir, it expresses a perfect balance between structure, elegance, and aromatic intensity, while maintaining great drinkability.

The grapes are vinified with careful maceration to best extract the aromatic and tannic components, followed by aging in wood which imparts greater complexity and softness. This process enhances the distinctive character of Nebbiolo, giving it finesse and expressiveness.

Visually, it presents a brilliant ruby red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet is rich and enveloping, with hints of ripe plum and berries, accompanied by light spicy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with well-balanced tannins and a long, lingering finish that emphasizes its refinement.

It pairs perfectly with flavorful meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, enhancing their flavors with its elegant structure and soft complexity.
